The Seattle Art Museum in Seattle, a port city on the West Coast in the United States, was established in 1933. From the 7,000 works of Japanese/Oriental Collection that have been nurtured with this museum' s long history, we will exhibit 98 selectively masterpieces of diverse periods and genre, starting with "Poem Scroll with Deer," a collaborative work of Rinpa Master Hon'ami Koetsu and Tawaraya Sotatsu.


Open hours:
May and June 9:30-17:30
July 9:30-19:30(for Sundays and holidays, until 17:30)
* Enter 30 minutes prior to closing.

Closed days: Every Monday (Except July 19, in which case, it is closed on july 20).
